The Seychelles Land Transport Agency, Huteau Lane, Victoria, P.O. Box 1385, Mahe, Seychelles invites tenders for the project of supply andinstallation of Pedestrian Railing along an Open Drain at La DigueDistrict Administration Office.

Eligibility:

The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors class II&III registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

3 weeks

Access to tender Dossier :

The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the SLTA’s office at Huteau Lane, Mahe and at the Praslin Office at Amitie and La Digue DA`s office as of Friday 23rd November 2018 at 9.00am to 3p.m against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR150/- each

Closing date for Dossier:

The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Thursday 29thNovember 2018 @ 1500hrs

Official Site Visit:

An official mandatory site information visit has been organized on Friday 30th November, 2018at 1100Hrs and the meeting place shall be at La Digue DA`s office.

Potential bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
Submission of Tenders:
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PEDESTRIAN RAILING ALONG DRAIN AT LA DIGUE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION” AND SUBMITTED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE (EX – TSS) OR LA DIGUE`S DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE NOT LATER THAN 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON FRIDAY 14THDECEMBER 2018. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT BOTH VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
